Besides striving to serve the finest quality coffee, food and pastries we are a conscious coffee house and cafe. A green coffee house seving 100% Organic Goshen Coffee. Our pastries are baked in house from scratch using only natural and organic ingredients, also serving food using only natural and organic ingredients sourced locally when possible. We completed our store build out using green materials and are partners with Ameren UE Purepower (we support wind power) and have a full recycling program while also using to-go wares that are made from recylced content materials , are recyclable, or are made from vegetable plastic.
